＜Service Feature＞
1. Find the nearest taxi to pick you up as soon as possible.
The nearest affiliated taxis of the former MOV and JapanTaxi will be dispatched to your space asap.
Requesting a taxi from the application is super simple and quick. Our application will become your best mate and strongest ally in the war versus oversleeping and getting in on time.

2.Get your taxi’s estimated arrival time so that you can use your time how you want.
No more waiting by the side of the road. You’ll obtain a notification once your taxi arrives.
If needed, you can use the apps messaging function to contact the squad directly.

3. Cashless experience with GO Pay.
You can finish up payment process while enjoying your ride.
Or, register your credit card in the application and payments will be created with no other input via GO Pay. ONce you arrive at your destination, simply obtain of of the taxi and continue your day. No more dealing with finding change or credit card receipts.
*Not available in a limited number of taxis.

4. With AI Reservation you can now schedule a taxi in advance.
AI Reservation is a service that automatically arranges cars in advanced. These taxis will have high priority so that you can board around your specified date and time.
AI Reservation calculates the number of cars that can be arranged for a given period and space making it much easier to obtain a taxi when and where you want

5. You can specify the car you wish to ride.
Select from a wide range of vehicles. For example, you can select car with a sliding door that makes it simple to obtain on and off even when you have really big luggage, or a car with squad members who have undergone wheelchair-adaptive training.
*Vehicles with sliding doors are limited to Tokyo. Other cars are limited to certain areas, with plans for expansion.

6. Fresh services!
Airport Flat-rate:
A service that provides a flat rate fare between a specified spaces such as your home, hotel, station, or travel destination and the airport. Airport Flat-rate does not require advance reservations and can be used similarly to calling a normal taxi. Currently supporting: boarding from Tokyo – Haneda/Narita Airport (Tokyo – Narita is only transfer to the airport).

GO PREMIUM:
A service in which an exceptional driver picks you up in a luxury one-box car. You can easily put an order using the app. Currently supported boarding spaces are from Chiyoda-ku, Minato-ku*, Shinjuku-ku*, Shibuya-ku, and Chuo-ku (Ginza space only) in Tokyo.
* Some spaces in Minato-ku and Shinjuku-ku are not eligible.


・We may not be able to request a taxi if there are no taxis available in the area.
・In addition to the fare and pick-up fee, GO application charge etc. will be charged in some areas.
・Acceptable credit cards are Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club
・Estimated taxi arrival time are estimates at that point in time, and may change depending on traffic conditions, etc.
・Due to traffic conditions and other circumstances, the car may be canceled once it has been requested.
・When using the GO app, it is important to turn on the GPS function and push notification function of the terminal setting.
・If you are already registered with the old MOV or Takubell, you will not be given a 500 yen coupon for fresh registration even if you newly register with GO.
・Coupons can only be used when GO Pay is selected
・You can only use 1 coupon per ride.
・Coupons can be used by selecting the coupon to be used when selecting the payment method.
・Coupons are applicable for discounts on fare and pick-up fee (not applicable to other option fees)
